Like many start-ups, the iterative process and focus on the immediate future can leave little time for longer-term strategic thinking. Poshpacker, a young company focused on the millennial travel and hospitality market, was stuck in the cycle of reacting to every opportunity without being able to take a step back and question what their customers truly needed. We joined their team to lend an external perspective, ask them tough questions, and build them a durable business model. Our insights and recommendations restructured their mission, customer segmentation, and pushed for changes to the brand and online user experience. The result was a doubling of bookings within a 30 day period after implementation, and continued growth.
