PARTICIPATION HOUSE DURHAM REGION (PH)

PH is a local community leader in providing responsive services. In an effort to further their leadership in the sector, PH worked with the K+CO team to look inward in an effort to build a healthy organizational culture that establishes the organization as an employer of choice. Working closely with the PH management team, a discovery process and workshop series was developed to uncover the underlying opinions and perspectives of PH employees. Using these insights, Internal process recommendations and tools were provided for implementation.
